Preparation
First, line two baking sheets (one per flavor) with parchment paper.
Mixed Berry Bunny Bark
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate, stirring continuously until smooth. (Tip: If you prefer to use a microwave, melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 5-7 second bursts, stirring in between each burst until chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Repeat with white chocolate in separate bowl.)
  2. Pour melted dark chocolate onto parchment paper and drizzle white chocolate on top. Drag a knife through both chocolates to create a marbled effect.
  3. Sprinkle Annie’s Organic Berry Bunnies Cereal on top of marbled chocolate, then transfer baking sheet to refrigerator to chill and set for 30 minutes.
  4. Once set, remove baking sheet from refrigerator and use a knife to break up chocolate into bark.
  5. Store bark in a sealed container and place in refrigerator until ready to eat.
