Bunny Bark
An extra sweet, scrumptious treat with adorable crunchy bunny shapes to boot.
Ingredient List
- 9 oz dark chocolate
- 9 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup Annie’s Organic Berry Bunnies Cereal
- 9 oz dark chocolate
- 9 oz white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Annie’s Organic Cocoa Bunnies Cereal
Preparation
First, line two baking sheets (one per flavor) with parchment paper.
Mixed Berry Bunny Bark
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate, stirring continuously until smooth. (Tip: If you prefer to use a microwave, melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 5-7 second bursts, stirring in between each burst until chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Repeat with white chocolate in separate bowl.)
- Pour melted dark chocolate onto parchment paper and drizzle white chocolate on top. Drag a knife through both chocolates to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle Annie’s Organic Berry Bunnies Cereal on top of marbled chocolate, then transfer baking sheet to refrigerator to chill and set for 30 minutes.
- Once set, remove baking sheet from refrigerator and use a knife to break up chocolate into bark.
- Store bark in a sealed container and place in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Peanut Butter Cocoa Bunny Bark
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate, stirring continuously until smooth. (Tip: If you prefer to use a microwave, melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 5-7 second bursts, stirring in between each burst until chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Repeat with white chocolate.)
- Stir peanut butter into melted white chocolate. (Tip: For a darker shade, stir a little dark chocolate into the white chocolate/peanut butter mixture as well.)
- Pour dark chocolate onto parchment paper and drizzle white chocolate/peanut butter mixture on top. Use a knife and drag it through both chocolates to create a marbled effect.
- Repeat steps 4-5 listed above. Enjoy!
